Royal Adhesives & Sealants is a formulator and manufacturer of high quality aerospace sealants and employ a wealth of experience in the aerospace sealant market place.  Since their decision to enter this market in the mid 2000’s, they have gained qualification status on the most widely industry recognized specifications, and continue to develop sealant products for the next generation of aircraft.  Royal maintains the required AS, ISO and NADCAP accreditations assuring batch to batch product compliance.  Royal aerospace sealant products are currently qualified to the following specifications:

• AMS-S-8802 – Fuselage and fuel tank sealant. Both standard and Rapid Cure versions.
• AMS-3276 – Hi-temp fuselage and fuel tank sealant. Both standard and Rapid Cure versions.
• Mil-PRF-81733 – Corrosion inhibitive sealant.
• AMS-3281 – Light weight fuselage and fuel tank sealant.  All three density types.
• AMS-3284 – Access door sealant.
• Mil-S-8516 – Electrical potting sealant.
• Mil-S-14231

As an authorized repackaging distributor for Royal sealant products, Graco can offer our customers virtually all of the required kit sizes for POU application, as well as certain products available pre-mixed and frozen.  This versatility results in reduced lead time and favorable product cost.

Double Bubble is Hardman’s line of strong and versatile epoxies. They offer room temperature bonding, and can be used on glass, metal, ceramics, wood, concrete and most hard plastics. In addition to traditional epoxies, they also have several urethane selections, as well as a new silicone formula. The urethanes comprise the more flexible end of the adhesives line, whereas the traditional epoxies are more versatile.
