This double-sided tape is filled with silver conductive particles for interconnection of electronic substrates. Designed for EMI shielding and grounding applications, enabling devices to meet electromagnetic compatibility requirements.
3M Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape 9703 has very high electrical conductivity, which provides low resistance for small contact areas and high frequencies. The anisotropic conductivity enables Z-axis interconnects without shorting adjacent circuitry. This tape provides robust protection against EMI in a range of market segments such as consumer electronics, automotive, medical devices, communication infrastructure, and especially aerospace & defense electronics, with requirements for low outgassing.
